Deborah Truby Riordan

Deborah Truby Riordan received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1990. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1993, where she served as Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and was on the Dean's List.
Prior to forming the Riordan Law Firm, Attorney Riordan was an attorney at Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. for 9 years, where she was the lead legal writer on appeals and dispositive motions in Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kentucky. Before joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., Deb Riordan was an attorney at Perkins & Trotter, PLLC for 5 years, and at Shults, Ray & Kurrus for 6 years.
Attorney Riordan is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. She is also admitted to practice before the 5th, 6th and 8th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Attorney Riordan is a past member of the Judicial Nominations Committee and the Editorial Board for Handbooks for the Arkansas Bar Association. She is a past member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. In 2012, Attorney Riordan was named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers. In 2013 and in 2014, Attorney Riordan was named one of the Best Lawyers in Little Rock for her experience in Appellate Practice by the readers of Soiree magazine. Attorney Riordan is also listed in Marquis' Who’s Who in American Law and Who's Who of American Women, as well as Strathmore's Who's Who. In addition to practicing law, Attorney Riordan is an active member of Immanuel Baptist Church, the Greater Little Rock Chi Omega Alumnae Association, and the 20th Century Club. Attorney Riordan is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Little Rock and has twice served on its Board of Directors.
